An important part of the relocation process is the scheduling and planning ahead of moving day.

We at Move Management Australia take pride in our attention to detail and recognise that this crucial time and careful pre-planning leading up to your move is essential to achieving a smooth and trouble free transition.

We will listen to your relocation needs and the move specific planning details that are essential in our management of a successful assignment transfer.

Once an order for service is confirmed to us in writing, our committed management and customer service team will;

Re-Contact you by telephone or email to confirm all scheduling, move dates and the specific service needs that were discussed during our pre-move survey appointment.

Remind you of the important customs and insurance forms, copy passport (if and when applicable) that need to be completed by you and forwarded to our office prior to moving day.

Assist you in completing this requirement, if and when needed and even collect them from you if necessary.

Confirm
in a letter to you via the post or email all important scheduling details, dates, vessel details (sea), timing, appropriate delivery dates, information (name, address, telephone contact number) for our delivery associates at destination, (Int’l) immediately following the despatch of your home contents overseas or interstate.

Call you
the work day afternoon prior to moving day to confirm the names of the removal crew assigned and their expected arrival time at your home.

Check with you
on moving day to ensure that all is progressing well and to once again offer our assistance and advice, if and where necessary.

Treat your move as significant and with respect! Provide you with our very best service commitment throughout the whole move process.

Handle your
insurance questions and any claims, service interruptions or changes promptly and in a professional manner.

Ensure that the crew leader assigned to your move is properly briefed as to the individual agreed packing and handling requirements, that are unique to your relocation.

Keep you informed
of any scheduling or service alterations (if applicable) that effect our pre-agreed service commitment.

Invite you to participate in our post service performance evaluation.

Contact you
as soon as possible after the delivery of your home contents to once again render our assistance and advice.

Offer you additional assistance and services to make your move less complicated or stressful by suggesting one or more of the following;
 











Skip/waste bin hire prior to moving day

Exit or arrival house cleaning services including; carpet, window cleaning, BBQ clean


Pet Transfers
